We are INquisitive, INventive, INtelligent people... We are not NINI, we are Generation IN. The generation that wants to change its destiny and is going to do it... BY ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

For many reasons, you are part of the IN Generation... Because I am INTELLIGENT. I have studied, worked, trained and I want to continue growing and evolving. I want more, much more.

I am also UNCONFORMISTIC, because I am not satisfied with what the system has offered me. I want to raise my voice and show what I am worth. And I am INVINCIBLE. Nobody is going to tell me that I can't and that I wasn't born for this. I am going to turn my business idea into reality.

To offer social protection to the most vulnerable people, enabling them to enter and remain in the labour market.

¿WHAT DOES THE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP ITINERARY CONSIST OF?

1. Sign up: At Acción contra el Hambre we develop various programmes to support people like you who are experiencing difficulties in entering the labour market and are considering entrepreneurship as an option to access it. Participate in the Youth Entrepreneurship Itinerary programme if you are between 16 and 30 years old, are unemployed, are not doing any training or educational activity and are registered (or are going to be registered) in the National Youth Guarantee System.

2. Individual counselling and group workshops: In this programme the door is always open, i.e. you can sign up whenever you want and leave when you no longer need us (we will miss you but we will be glad that you have taken off). When you sign up, we assess your situation to start working on your business idea and accompany you until you get it off the ground, facilitating access to microcredits if necessary. We will offer you individualised advice and you will participate in group workshops on marketing, customer loyalty or the business plan.

3. Innovative methodology: What distinguishes us from other entrepreneurship programmes is that we focus on providing you with the necessary skills to be an entrepreneur (stress resistance, leadership skills, problem solving, among others) and improve your self-knowledge and personal development. And we will do this by applying very innovative resources: participation in competitions and events and prototyping ideas.
